How to ask
- Send us a WhatsApp message from the number in your profile, or any number, with the email address you use to sign in to SITEBOQ.
- We confirm it is your account, which may include a check by email.
- We delete your account and data and reply to confirm.

What is deleted
- Your sign-in account (name, email and user ID).
- Your profile: company, phone, address, profile photo and logo.
- All your records: projects, purchases, labour, receipts, other costs, contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, reminders and the list of your photos and documents.
What stays with you
- Google Drive: photos and PDFs backed up to the “SITEBOQ” folder in your own Google Drive stay there. Delete that folder in Google Drive if you want them gone.
- Your phone: uninstall the app to remove the data and files saved on your device.
- Reports you shared: PDF or Excel files you sent to others stay with them.
How long it takes
We delete your account and data from our servers within 30 days of confirming your request. We don’t keep any of your records after that, unless the law requires us to.
Delete only some data
You don’t have to delete your whole account. In the app you can delete any entry, project, photo or document; deletes reach all your devices. See our privacy policy for more.
