This policy explains what information the SITEBOQ app (web, and the Android and iPhone apps in testing) and this website collect, why, and the choices you have. SITEBOQ is developed and run by bVoir Technologies in Pakistan (“we”, “us”). If you have a question, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 313 5585782.
In short
- We collect only what the app needs to work: your account and the records you enter.
- Your site photos and documents are not uploaded to our servers. They stay on your device, and, if you turn on backup, in your own Google Drive.
- No advertising and no analytics in the app, and we never sell your data. This website counts visits with Google Analytics.
- You can delete your account and data at any time: see Delete your account.
Information we collect

Site photos and documents (pictures and PDFs you add) are stored on your device. If you turn on
Google Drive backup, the app copies them into a “SITEBOQ” folder in your own Google Drive using
the limited drive.file permission, which only lets the app see files it created.
We do not have access to your Google Drive.
Contacts: when you pick a phone number from your contacts, the app reads only the contact you choose. It never reads your whole contact list.
Camera and photos: used only when you take or choose a picture (profile photo, logo, site photos, documents).
Notifications: reminders are scheduled on your phone.
Where your data is stored
Your records are saved on your device first so the app works offline, and are synced to Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore), operated by Google, so you can use them on your other devices and get them back on a new phone. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Google may store it in data centres outside Pakistan.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing. We share it only:
- with Google, which hosts the app’s data and sign-in (as our service provider);
- when you choose to share it yourself, for example a PDF report or Excel file on WhatsApp;
- if the law requires it.
This website
This website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful: pages viewed, rough location (city or country), device and browser, how you found the site, and clicks on the web app, WhatsApp and phone links. Google Analytics uses cookies for this. We don’t use it for advertising, and the sizes you type into the calculators are never sent anywhere; only the fact that a calculator was used is counted. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on.
Our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
How long we keep data
We keep your account and records while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your account and records from our servers within 30 days. Deleted entries in the app are removed from all your devices. Copies in your own Google Drive or on your device stay under your control.
Your choices and rights
- See and edit your records at any time in the app.
- Export your data as PDF or Excel reports.
- Turn Google Drive backup on or off.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account: Delete your account.
Children
SITEBOQ is a business app for adults. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app if the change is important.
